Registering for the SPEST Online Bill Pay Service is an easy 4 Step Process.

  1. If you have not already done so, you must assign an e-mail address to your property’s SPEST Account Number. The e-mail address will be used as your login ID for the SPEST Bill Pay system. Your SPEST account number for your property can be found on any statement. To assign your e-mail address to your SPEST Account Number, contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-394-4737.
  2. Once you have linked your e-mail login id and the SPEST account for your property, you must create a passcode for your account. You can do this on the Online Bill Pay Registration Page.
  3. When setting up your account and creating your login, you must input the state where your property is located.
  4. Once you have filled in your e-mail login id, your SPEST account number, and the state of your property, you can create your passcode by entering an 8 character passcode that must contain at least one number and one character (#,$,%,!,@). When your passcode is created, you will be able to login to view your balance, current payment due, service history, payment history, and make a payment with a credit or debit card.
